Our range of products

Sausages

Our sausages are made only from quality cuts of meat and the best local ingredients in natural skins. They all contain our rare breed meat. Currently we offer only the traditional British breakfast sausage, but we are considering offering other flavours. Why not email us and let us know your favourite.

 

Bacon and Gammon

The bacon and gammon is dry cured, and available either smoked or unsmoked. We stock both back and streaky bacon, and the gammon is either cut into individual horseshoe steaks, or left as a complete joint ready for roasting. The steaks, unlike supermarket offerings, retain their juiciness and tenderness, while the bacon does not shrink or wallow in its own oily juices.

 

Joints

We often have individual joints available, including shoulder, belly, chops, steaks and hocks. Contact us to see what's available.

 

1/4 Pig Pork Packs

Usually available, a pack contains a shoulder joint, a gammon ham, sausages, bacon, chops, steaks, hock, belly, mincemeat and/or burgers, and weighs around 12kg. Kidney and liver is often "thrown in" for those who would like it, along with trotters, heart, and ears for the dog!

 

Sheepskin Rugs

These are made from the skins of our Wensleydale sheep, and supplies are strictly limited. Call or email to check availability.

Delivery

  • Delivery is free for all products in the Wyverstone/Bacton/Cotton/Westhorpe area.
  • Delivery for 1/4 pig pork packs is free within a reasonable area (Ipswich/Bury St Edmunds/Eye)
